2. Billing Terms

  • One-Time Sale Only: All purchases on didiretail.com are single, non-recurring transactions. There are no automatic subscriptions, monthly fees, or hidden charges. You pay only for the selected toys, baby gear, or children’s products (e.g., puzzles, strollers, diapers), plus applicable shipping costs and taxes.
  • Billing Description: Charges on your payment statement will appear as didiretail.com to clearly identify your purchase.
  • Payment Requirements: Full payment is required at checkout to process your order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and popular digital payment methods. Failed or delayed payments may result in order cancellation.

3. Product & Order Terms

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate details (size, material, age range, safety features) and images for all children’s products. Color variations may occur due to screen displays, and dimensions are approximate.
  • Safety Compliance: All toys and baby gear (e.g., car seats, strollers) meet U.S. safety standards, including ASTM International and CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) regulations. Always follow age recommendations and safety warnings provided with each product.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing happy@didiretail.com. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they will have entered the fulfillment process.
  • Product Availability: We reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items and issue full refunds. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.
  • Personalized/Custom Products: If applicable, personalized toys or custom-ordered baby gear cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started (we will confirm production timelines via email).

  • Provide accurate shipping and billing information to ensure timely delivery and avoid delays.
  • Review product specifications (e.g., age range, stroller weight limits, toy materials) carefully before purchasing, as exchanges are subject to our 30-day Refund & Return Policy.
  • Inspect all items upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect products (include photos for verification).
  • Use products in accordance with safety guidelines—we are not liable for injuries or damages caused by improper use (e.g., using a toy for a child above/below the recommended age).
